Join us for a thoughtful three-part workshop series designed to explore the parts of ourselves that often go unnoticed, unseen, or overlooked, yet deeply influence how we relate to ourselves and others.
Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, participants will examine how boundaries, values, expectations, and judgments shape emotional patterns and relationships. Each session builds on the last, offering insight and tools to help foster healthier connections and greater self-awareness.

Program Investment:
Early Registration: $195 Extended until April 17th (plus small processing fee)
Includes the full 3-session workshop series (7.5 hours), guided exercises, tools for navigating boundaries and relationship patterns, a personal reflection journal, and light refreshments.
Limited to 12 participants to support a meaningful and supportive learning environment.

Session Themes
Day 1 April 25, 2026 – Boundaries: Understanding where you end and others begin, and how to protect your energy with clarity and confidence.
Day 2 May 2, 2026 – Values, Expectations & Judgments: Exploring the beliefs and internal standards that influence how we respond to ourselves and others.
Day 3 May 9, 2026 – Integration & Relationships: Understanding how boundaries and beliefs impact the way we connect, communicate, and show up in our relationships.

Owner of One Dove Consulting & Intervention
Michelle Ruthven is a Registered Social Worker, Child & Youth Worker, and certified Conflict Mediator with over 25 years of personal and professional experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and youth. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care and incorporates somatic and polyvagal approaches that support healing, connection, and nervous system regulation.
Michelle’s approach is shaped not only by her extensive professional background but also by her own lived experiences of resilience and healing. As the founder of One Dove Consulting & Intervention, she brings a compassionate, grounded, and authentic presence to her work, helping people better understand their patterns, build healthy boundaries, and create relationships that feel safe, strong, and connected.
Outside of her practice, Michelle enjoys traveling, building projects, and spending time with her family and dogs. She believes that healing doesn’t only happen in therapy, it happens in courage, in relationships, and in learning how to feel safe in your own life again.
